Spay / Neuter Contract & Refund Policy

In the primary contract, both Buyer & Seller agree that the puppy named above and purchased from Pixieprint Pomeranians, is under a spay/neuter contract. We require the first vet visit for the puppy to be within 2 business days of purchase and a copy of this visit sent to Pixieprint Pomeranians for the main contract and this refund agreement to be valid! This refund agreement requires the puppy to be spayed or neutered by the age of 9 months. The puppy's price includes a deposit in the amount of $100.00 and these funds will be held for a maximum of one year from the date of birth of the puppy. If proof of spay/neuter is not received by Pixieprint Pomeranians within the first year of the puppy's life, as dated above, no refund will be given.
When proof of spay/neuter of the above named puppy has been provided to Pixieprint Pomeranians, via a signed & dated letter from the office of the Veterinarian who completed the spay/neuter, a refund in the amount of $100.00 will be returned to the buyer. The refund will be mailed to the buyer no more than 2 weeks after proof of spay is received by Pixieprint Pomeranians and verified with the Vet's office where the procedure was completed.
