This puppy is sold with no warranties expressed or implied except as stated herein.
Pixieprint Pomeranians guarantees the puppy/dog described above against
Life Threatening Genetic/Herediatary Diseases for a period of 1 year from the date of birth. To the best of our knowledge, this puppy is free from any health problems at the date of sale.
Health Guarantee: Seller guarantees that the puppy is of good health at the time of delivery/shipping, and has been wormed and immunized as appropriate for its age with records provided to the buyer. The buyer has 2 business days after receiving the puppy to have the puppy examined at a Veterinarian of their choice at the buyers expense. A copy of this exam MUST be sent to Seller to validate this warranty! Failure to do so will VOID this warranty as well as the spay/neuter refund agreement!
If the puppy is found to be ill or diseased at that visit, the puppy may be returned at buyers expense, for a replacement with another puppy of equal value when one is available. A written notice of intent to return the puppy as well as a signed statement from the examining Veterinarian stating the nature of the health problem must be sent to the seller within 2 business days after the exam. Guarantee is valid if the puppy is current on all vaccinations and has not been abused or neglected in any way. Failure to vaccinate as recommended by your Vet, or failure to seek medical care when needed will also VOID this guarantee.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pixieprint Pomeranians will NOT pay for any veterinary bills.
Pixieprint Pomeranians does not guarantee against accidents, such as broken bones, injury or loss of a puppy in transport.
Pixieprint Pomeranians does not guarantee against Tracheal Collapse, Luxated Patella, Hypoglycemia, Hernia, Kennel cough, Coccidia, Arthritis, Lymphoma, Internal Digestive Upsets, Parasites, Retained Baby Teeth, Retained Testicle(s) or any other Non Life threatening Genetic diseases. All possible testing has been done to provide you with a healthy puppy, but some problems may not occur until a later age and may not be covered under this agreement.
In the rare event of a life threatening hereditary/genetic disease occuring, Pixieprint Pomeranians will offer a replacement puppy of equal value, once the original puppy has been returned (at buyers cost) to Pixieprint Pomeranians. In the event of the puppy's death, the buyer must have the puppy autopsied, and the report sent to Pixieprint Pomeranians for the guarantee to be valid. Buyer will have the choice of a replacement puppy from up to 3 consecutive litters. If a replacement puppy is not chosen within this time, the buyer forfeits any rights to a replacement puppy, then or in the future. At NO time will any refund of the original purchase price or cost of any related bills be given!
Breeding ability is not covered by this guarantee. Breeding rights may be included with the purchase but there is no guarantee of soundness, willingness, or ability for breeding purposes.
Adult size and color is not covered by this guarantee. Each dog is individual and estimates only can be given for a puppy's ultimate color or size.
Buyer agrees that at NO time will this puppy be re-sold or given to a puppy mill, dog pound, broker or any similar compound. If at any time the buyer needs to find a new home for the dog, the Breeder MUST be notified for possible placement assistance, or return the puppy to the breeder at buyers cost.
Buyer agrees that this puppy is to become a member of the family and to be treated with care and respect. Buyer must give all health care and attention to the puppy necessary to become a valued family member. This includes all food, socialization and medical care normally incurred with a puppy.
Buyer agrees to notify Seller if there is Emergancy Medical Care needed with the puppy that the Buyer cannot financially afford for any medical treatment not covered by this guarantee. This is so we can assist the Buyer in finding options to help cover needed care costs in Buyers local area. The Buyer agrees to return the puppy to the Seller (at Buyers cost) with no refund or replacement puppy to be given to the Buyer if he/she feels unable to care for the puppy's current or future medical needs due to the same Medical Emergency. This way the Puppy can receive the care he/she needs for the length of his/her life.
Buyer agrees that he/she fully understands this contract, and that it is executed under the jurisdiction of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
